Our books are available for sale at a bulk discount to organizations, groups, and charities, or if they are given as gifts or donated. Please contact us for further information.
During the checkout process you will see "Check/Money Order" as an option. After you check out, you will receive an email that includes your order total and an address where you can mail payment. As soon as we receive your order in the mail we will process it the same day. Please not that in some circumstances we may hold a personal check for a brief clearance time.
